What you share with us

When you join the RWL newsletter launch list, we collect your email address, the professional role you select, the source page, and a record of your newsletter consent, including its wording, version, and time. Please do not submit patient, member, or health information through newsletter forms.

How we use it

We use signup information to maintain the RWL subscriber list, understand which professional audiences we serve, and provide the editorial communications and occasional relevant Praxium updates you requested. Signing up for RWL is not a request for a sales call. Your consent includes occasional relevant Praxium updates; unrelated marketing requires a separate permission.

Subscriber records are stored in the Praxium system. RWL’s publisher and authorized service providers process the information needed to operate the publication. We do not publish subscriber email addresses or sell the subscriber list.

Website operation

Vercel hosts the website and may process standard technical request information, such as network addresses, requested URLs, and device or browser information, to deliver and protect the service. Our equipment calculator runs in your browser; the assumptions you enter are not submitted to our server.

This launch version does not use advertising pixels or nonessential tracking cookies. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ privacy policies.

Your choices

Newsletter consent is optional and must be actively selected. You can unsubscribe using a link supplied with your subscription or in future mailings. You can also request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting hello@askprax.ai. Use the subject “RWL privacy request” so we can route it correctly.

We retain subscriber information while it is needed for the subscription and legitimate operational or recordkeeping purposes. We may retain a minimal suppression or consent record to honor an unsubscribe request. We do not require an account to read RWL or use the calculator.
